 CALVARY KIDS

As Jesus said, “Let the children come to Me”, we desire for children to learn about the character and love of God through the knowledge of the words of the Bible, and the example of Jesus.

Calvary Kids celebrate the privilege of fulfilling the Lord’s desire for all children to know Him in Scripture, to worship Him in song and Spirit and Truth, and to love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind and strength. Everything we do in our children’s ministry is focused on bringing children to a real and active relationship with God at an early age. “From the mouths of infants and children I have ordained Praise!” Jesus said.

Activities, worship, and curriculum are prayerfully selected for each age level. The teachers are fingerprinted and instructed in how to best serve the children in their care.  Prayer is given for each child and their families before, and as they enter their classrooms.

FUNDAMENTAL TEACHING

Children are taught that God loves them, God made them, and that Jesus is their Friend forever. The older children learn to trust God through believing in Jesus Christ and forming that special relationship with the Lord. The teachings lead them into a mature, age appropriate, Word based teaching that trains them in the way to treat their family and friends, and to make wise and Godly choices.

SUNDAY MORNINGS

Parents sign their children in at their classrooms as soon as they arrive to the church. Someone will be there to assist in checking in. Kids spend time in worship, reviewing a Bible story and biblical truth, and engaging in fun activities until parents pick them up at the conclusion of the main service.

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS

On Wednesday Evenings our caring teachers are there to provide your kiddos with that Midweek boost they need. Fun games, times of worship, and Bible study are all a part of the Wednesday night program!

OTHER MINISTRIES THAT USE CHILD-CARE FOR THEIR GROUPS

Separate ministries that meet during the week usually have a designated area in the Nursery and/or a classroom where children are taught and cared for.
